Deposit
We require a pre-payment of the first night or 50% of the total stay - whichever is higher.
Cancellation/Deposit Refunds Shortening the length of your stay or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in loss of the deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Deposits will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee per room) only if the cancellation notice is received by at least 30 days prior to arrival date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and whether or not the room is subsequently rented. If you rebook with us within two weeks of cancellation, we will apply the initial deposit and/or cancellation fee to your new deposit.
Inn Policies
- Our inn is a non-smoking facility; smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- Wood is provided for wood-burning fireplaces during our colder months (September - May).
- We do allow pets in a limited number of guest rooms and charge a $250 refundable deposit. There is also a $50 dollar increment to the room rate per each night of a stay.
- Multiple night stays may be required during peak and holiday seasons.
- Check-in is from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate an early check-in, pending room availability.
- Check-out time is normally 11:00 am. A late check-out may be pre-arranged, subject to availability, for a fee of $50.
- Dinner reservations for a party of eight or more must be held with a credit card and require 72 hours advance notice for cancellation. Cancellations which are received within the 72 hour period will result in a fee amounting to $25.00 per person charge.
- Special promotions are available only to reservations after the special is posted on the Internet.
